Gameplay Data: data related to software or applications when you play and engage with games discovered in our Service, including the duration of your game play time (which may require you to change your device settings). facilitate the Services, you permit LOYPLAY:Play to Earn to collect information from Game Partners, including your game installations, in-game purchases, advertising interactions, transaction types, events, actions, clicks, impressions, and use of virtual items, game achievements, statistics and information on bugs and malfunctions.

(b) you direct LOYPLAY:Play to Earn to collect Gameplay Data from Game Partners, including your in-game purchases and advertising views, in order for LOYPLAY:Play to Earn to reward you, provide you with personalized content, market new games of interest to you, to develop our AI and algorithms for predictive modeling, grow our business and community of users, and for development of new products, features, and services. If you choose to access or install a game recommended through our Services, you acknowledge that Game Partner and its analytics partner will collect your personal data from LOYPLAY:Play to Earn.

We provide your personal data, such as your device ID or Google advertising ID, to our advertisers in order to optimize our marketing of LOYPLAY:Play to Earn services and prevent you from receiving LOYPLAY:Play to Earn advertisements when you have already installed the LOYPLAY:Play to Earn app. Depending on the jurisdiction, if you do not consent to this data sharing or if LOYPLAY:Play to Earn receives an opt-out request from you, we will take steps to block sharing of your data for these purposes.

Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising and Content Personalization. In order for LOYPLAY:Play to Earn to supply you with the loyalty rewards program where you can earn units towards redemption of a variety of gift cards, LOYPLAY:Play to Earn must be able to provide you with personalized content, including in-app promotions and a curated mixlist of games that LOYPLAY:Play to Earn is advertising to you on behalf of the Game Partners. The LOYPLAY:Play to Earn platform provides you with personalized game recommendations based on a number of factors, including game availability in your jurisdiction, your Gameplay Data, and game preferences you may provide in user surveys. If you wish to opt out of targeted advertising and content personalization in the LOYPLAY:Play to Earn app or you do not provide consent to such processing, then LOYPLAY:Play to Earn will not be able to provide you with the loyalty rewards program. If you wish to continue to receive LOYPLAY:Play to Earn game discovery services without targeted advertising and loyalty rewards, contact customer service in order to close your LOYPLAY:Play to Earn app account.

6. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

6.1 CHILDREN’S PRIVACY In accordance with the Terms, you may not use the Service if you are under 18 years old. LOYPLAY:Play to Earn is committed to complying with laws protecting children, within the meaning of applicable law. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child, please contact us.

6.2 DATA RETENTION

LOYPLAY:Play to Earn will retain your personal data only for the duration mandated by law, while you continue to use our Services, or until it serves the original purpose of collection. Account balances and earned rewards must be retained post-termination to facilitate processes like billing and tax reporting. If you cease interaction with our Services for 6 months, we will delete your personal information after we remove your inactive acoount.

Please be aware that if you remain inactive for at least of 180 days, your account may be terminated, and any unredeemed Units may expire, leading to the deletion of personal data.

You have the option to request the deletion of your LOYPLAY:Play to Earn Account. However, doing so will result in the loss of any unredeemed Units. If LOYPLAY:Play to Earn decides to retain or utilize de-identified information, as allowed by law, we will continue to do so without attempting to re-identify you. For the removal of personal data held by Game Partners, please follow the instructions provided in their privacy policy independently.

6.3 COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Like many mobile applications, we and our Game Partners utilize various technologies, such as tracking links (embedded URLs), mobile measurement tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular), and integrated software development kits (SDKs) to enhance and secure our Services. These technologies help us attribute and process payments for our Game Partners, gain insights into your preferences, track your activity, and gather information about your device and usage patterns, allowing us to personalize our Services to better suit your interests.

We also use these technologies to collect data when you install games discovered through LOYPLAY:Play to Earn, make in-game purchases, view in-game ads, or interact with LOYPLAY:Play to Earn ads on other digital media platforms. Our Game Partners may employ their own mobile measurement services to gather information when you download games linked through LOYPLAY:Play to Earn.
